Stoxpoker

Okay, giving up playing 1c/2c cash, absolute waste of time. Get in with the best of it and get sucked out on every time. It’s only a few dollars, but it pains me too much to grind out $2 and then lose a buy in when somebody sucks out on me and there’s no way I’m not putting my money in when I’m ahead, especially considering how often I put it in when I’m behind :D

So, going to do low stakes tourneys, HU and MTTs as well as the odd satellite. To that end I played a WSOP step 1 and got horribly beaten with shit calls. So I decided to go to Stoxpoker and watch a video there on doing steps by Colin Moshman.

Video training sites are awesome for advancing your game. To watch and learn how other people think really stimulates your own game.

So I played another one and did okay coming in 3rd, which gets me nothing but I followed the play laid out by Colin and eventually had to shove with Q6 and lost to A4, only had 2BB left so was going with anything.

I’ll try one more because $7.50 isa bit steep out of my now $120 bankroll and I’ll take on some low stakes MTTs later.
